Hi Michael,
I took your armbalance/inversion workshop this weekend. I remember you saying something really poignant about fears and conquering fears and what it means in our lives to let go of them or conquer them (and conversely being limited by letting it be a motivating factor).

Do you remember what you said? :)

Also I've been applying your "finding strength in other areas" in my running. When my legs get tired, I try to find strength in my arms to propel me, or use a different part of my leg to run.

I think it was something along the lines of when we deeply know our body we reduce the fear we have of being in our body and as we reduce the fear we have of our body we reduce the fear we have in our lives.
